We had 5 enjoyable days in Prague, the city of 1000 spires. Several sites were places we had seen before but we also saw a lot of new places.
One full day was spent at Prague Castle. The middle of the day included lunch and beer at Lokal.
Another day was spent touring Old Town and Mala Strana.
Lunch at the historic Savoy Restaurant. The food was really tasty and dessert was amazing!
Friends from home joined us for one day. They are currently serving our country in Germany so they drove over to spend the day. Fun times with some special young people!
The Jewish Quarter was touching. I was so glad we took this self guided tour. A somber visit to this historical sight.
I hope you enjoy our photos of this lovely city.
Thanks for stopping by today,
Ginny
Thanks so much for the photos and commentary! I have never been to Prague, but I am now putting it on my list.
Diane, Prague us a very easy town to visit. I couldn’t post many pictures because I am posting from my phone this time. Wish I could share more….maybe when I get home.
