Color Challenge for Stamping with Friends

Hues of Happiness

One of the joys of Stampin’ Up! is the spectrum of colors it offers. From deep, vibrant hues to gentle pastels, there’s something for every mood. In today’s Stamping with Friends blog hop, we’re diving into a palette of my preferred vivid shades.

I reached for the Paper Florist dies and crafted a bright floral arrangement for my card’s front. To really make the colors stand out, I incorporated some black patterned DSP. Looking at this card, I’m transported to a tropical paradise—would you like to come along?

Though the design of this card is straightforward, it certainly doesn’t lack impact. Why not pick out some of your cherished colors and fashion a floral display of your own?

Don’t forget to follow the links below for a journey through more chromatic creativity.

Wishing you a day filled with vibrant stamping adventures.

Let’s Play Tic Tac Toe

Hues of Happiness

Welcome to the Stamping with Friends Blog Hop! Today’s challenge was to create a card using a Tic Tac Toe grid—what a delightful twist! I’m thrilled you’re here, and I hope you’ll join us on this creative journey.

Tic Tac Toe – 1

For my card, I decided to check off the following boxes from the grid:

  • Yellow: Because who can resist the sunny charm of yellow roses? They’re my absolute favorite!
  • Fun Fold: I love experimenting with different folds, and this card features a unique twist.
  • Free Space: Sometimes, it’s liberating to break the rules a little, right?

I chose the Stippled Roses stamp set for my design. The delicate blooms and intricate details make it a perfect choice. To complement the yellow roses, I used designer paper from the Bee Mine pack. The combination of yellow and blue creates a fresh and cheerful look.

And here’s my simple card! I decided to cut off the bottom edge for added interest—it gives the card a touch of uniqueness.

Now, I’m off for a quick walk to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Thanks for hopping along with us today! Be sure to explore the other fantastic creations in the blog hop links below. Happy crafting!
