Stamptastic friends are getting personal this month. Our theme this month is a personalized card. I chose to create this card especially for one of our Grandchildren.
Technology is their game, so this card created with Tech Support fits the bill. I hope it brings a smile.
I paired the stamp set with the flip side of Hues of Happiness DSP. I like the painted effect of the paper and it gives the background some interest. All the small elements of the stamp set make for a very personalized card.
The balloons are die cut from InColor Glimmer paper and the candles are Daffodil Delight & Parakeet Party cardstock. Lots of bright colors are popping on this card! Both of these die cuts are from the Celebrate Tags dies. I love these dies!

Hello Stamping Friends! The Stamptastic Friends have a treat for you today. Lots of different techniques.
Don’t you love learning new ways to use your stamps, paper, and ink? I sure do.
I tried something “new to me” this month. Coloring on white heat embossing. This technique is so cool. Not sure how I missed giving this a go a long time ago.
You start with heat embossing images in white on Basic Black cardstock. Then use your Watercolor Pencils to color the white embossed lines. It sort of gives it a subtle hint of color. After coloring buff it lightly with a paper towel or soft terry cloth. That helps smooth the color out.
Then die cut the images and assembled them on the card base. Shear ribbon and Iridescent Jewels add just the right touch of elegance.
I hope you will be inspired to try this new technique and I would love to see what you come up with.

I love a good Celebration! It can be wedding, birthday, housewarming, special holiday or just getting together with family. There is always a reason to celebrate!
The Stamptastic Friends are celebrating today. I know you are going to be inspired to create your own celebration cards.
I chose a birthday card for my celebration. Birthdays are special and deserve to be celebrated.
The background of this card was created using one of the masks from Artistic Mix Decorative masks. I love how it gives such a soft subtle background.
The flower were die cut from the Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper. This makes a beautiful card so easy!

Welcome to the weekend! What do you have planned? Hopefully, crafting & stamping!
Today I am sharing a fun, messy technique with you. I was inspired by Jackie Bolhuis when she shared water coloring with ink refills. This is so cool and each time you try it you get a fresh look.
This technique also worked well with the Global Design Project this week – shapes.
I shared this on a Facebook Live and you can watch the replay here or on my YouTube channel. Enjoy!
