Freshly Made Sketches pulled me in this week. It is 100% clean and simple, which makes my heart happy.
I created this card that is a little bit frilly, yet still clean and simple.
I also used Very Vanilla, which I tend to forget about. I love how soft and elegant it looks.
Can you tell I am enamored with Bouquet of Love? It must be close to Valentine’s Day!
Thanks for visiting today.

I used the Bouquet of Love Bundle to create a few lovely cards. I was not sure how a hybrid cut and emboss folder worked, but it was easy! The cards come out looking like you spent a lot of time creating them!
I needed an Anniversary card for card and knew Bouquet of Love would make a beautiful card. The colorful insert heart is Expressions in Ink Designer Series paper. I have been hoarding this paper for some reason. Now I am inspired to use it all up!
Next are two Valentine cards made using the Flowering Fields Designer Series Paper. Same layout but a different color palette.
I inked up the folder to see what it would look like. Stunning! I can’t wait to make a card with these two card fronts.
This bundle is currently out of stock but should be in the warehouse around January 24th. Mark your calendar because it may sell out fast!
You can watch my Facebook Live HERE. I shared some tips and tricks on how to use this hybrid folder.
I’ve created a printable PDF with written instructions and a list of products used to create this project. You can download, print and/or save it by clicking this image:

Hello Friends. I have four simple, bright, and adorable Valentines to share with you today. Did you know that approximately 145 million valentines are sent in the U.S. each year? This does not count all the Valentines children exchange at school. That is a LOT of cards.
I deliberately made these simple and quick so I could make several of each design. The Designer Series Paper does all the heavy lifting on these cards.
I also have an ordering special along with these cards. Place an order with me for at least $35 before tax and shipping and I will send you kits for these four cards. Place a $50+ order and you will get 5 yards of assorted ribbons (1 yard each) as a thank you from me! If your order is over $150 don’t use the host code and you will still get my perks. You must use my Host Code to earn the perks.
Orders must be between January 4-January 12.
You can also watch my Facebook Live as I made these cards.

Thanks for stopping in today. I promised to share a Valentine Card that would work for young people in your life. I think a teenager would adore getting this bright and cheery non-traditional card! It is so happy and fun. It makes my heart smile.
Blue and yellow have long been a favorite color combination of mine and when I saw Berry Delightful Designer Series paper had this bright blue plaid I knew it would work well with Mango Melody.
I paired the Pacific Point and Mango Melody with crisp Basic White. Layering the hearts and ribbon takes it beyond simple, but it is still a quick and easy card. Love quick cards!
Lots of Heart Bundle is nothing short of amazing. It has a variety of hearts, flowers, birds, sentiments, and borders. It will work way beyond Valentine’s Day.
My newsletter will be going out today. Make sure you are subscribed so you will get all the news and special offers.
I hope you enjoyed my bright Valentine.

Stamptastic Friends are sharing Love & Hugs today. National Hug Day is January 21 and we wanted to be ready. Love is ALL you need!
Always in My Heart bundle was one of my first purchases from the 2021 Stampin’ Up! mini catalog. Funny thing is once I received it, I was stumped. It took a good bit of playing and fussing around for me to fall in love with it.
I works for so many occasions and will be a stamp that I grab when I need a card for support, love, or any sweet occasion.
Flip flap fold was new to me and I had been wanting to try it. I love the way this black and white True Love Designer Series paper made the fold stand out. The trick to this fold is using designer paper that is complimentary. I used 3 different patterns along with Blushing Bride, Rococo Rose, and Basic White cardstock.
Do you send Valentines? I try to get a few sent to some special folks. Stop by tomorrow for a youthful Valentine’s Day card for a young one in your family.
Thanks for joining us on the hop today. Make sure you hop on to the next name on the list.

I held a Valentine card class a few weeks ago and this masculine Valentine was a huge hit. Everyone loved the colors and use of Wood Textures DSP. I’m sort of smitten with it also.
To create this card, you die cut two larger hearts from Wood Textures DSP and one Night of Navy heart. The card base is Crumb Cake covered with a 2” side strip of Night of Navy and a 5 7/8” x 3” piece of DSP. Make sure you use a variety of the wood texture paper. The “love” is die cut from Crumb Cake. Stamp the tint heart with Night of Navy and dies cut. I embellished the hearts with Heart Epoxy Droplets. I colored on heart with a blends market and left one heart clear as it was already on Navy card stock.
I always enjoy hearing from you! Please leave me your questions or comments about the project for today.
Happy Stamping! Ginny
