Stamping With Friends is starting your year off with Step Card inspiration. There are so many variations on step cards so I am sure you will be impressed with all our lovely cards.
Along with a new card design I am also sharing a new Bundle for the January-April catalog. This catalog goes live on January 7th. Time to get your wish list together!
How adorably cute is this birthday card? I paired the Storybook Friends Bundle with the sweet Wildflower Birthday Designer Series Paper.
This step card is easy to create. A few folds create the steps, and a tent piece creates the main image.

Tent 3” x 6” score 4 ¼”
DSP 2 ¾” x 5 ¼”

Stamptastic Friends are sharing Simple Stamping cards today! I am sure you are going to see some stunning simple cards.
For me, I love simple cards. Life can get busy, and many times it is hard to find an hour to make a fancy, layered card.
Nothing works better than the perfect sentiment and some beautiful Designer Series Paper for making a simple stamped card. I am sharing an angle cut card design that actually makes two cards at the same time. This is perfect for busy folks.
Notice this oh-so-pretty DSP? It will be in the new January-April Mini Catalog. Such sweet and spring-like paper.
Another bonus with this design is that it is easy for a beginner stamper or someone who may have limited supplies.
Measurements for this card:
8 ½” x 5 ½” card base. Score at 4 ¼”
DSP 4 ¼” x 4 ¼”
Accent strip ¼” x 5” trim off extra after adhering to card front.

Today, the Stamptastic Friends community is showcasing an eclectic mix of card designs. While some members are bidding farewell to retiring favorites, others are unveiling fresh picks set to debut on May 1st.
As for my contribution, I’m blending the retiring with a new stamp set. It’s delightful to witness the seamless integration of our offerings across different catalogs.
Encircled in Nature, an online exclusive, takes center stage in my project. It’s harmoniously coupled with the Poetic Expressions Designer Series Paper, which, although nearing its retirement, still has much to offer.
Here’s a handy tip for crafting the wreath: After die-cutting the wreath and floral elements, let them remain nestled within the paper. This little trick simplifies and accelerates the coloring process.
Measurements:
Card Base 8 ½” x 4 ¼” Score at 4 ¼”.
Cardstock 4 1/8” x 4 1/8”
Designer Series Paper 4” x 4”
Inside Basic White for sentiment 4” x 4”

Greetings on this lovely Saturday! Time flies so fast, doesn’t it? It feels like we just celebrated Christmas a few days ago! Today we are exploring Z-Fold Cards. I searched on Pinterest for some inspiration and discovered at least 29 different ways to make a Z-fold card. There are countless variations. You will be amazed by the creativity of this hop as each stamper will have unique designs.
My card features the Double Z-Fold design. The cool thing about this fold is that it can be either horizontal or vertical. I adore it! Trusty Tools Bundle grabbed my attention as soon as I saw the mini catalog. Today is the first time I have used it, but it will not be the last! This fun set is perfect for the men in your life, even if they are not really into woodworking or tools. The sentiments are also bold and large, which I love.
Are you ready to hop along? Here is my Trusty Tools Z-Fold card. I went with a vertical layout for this card. I am in love with this tool box! Can you think of any other uses for it? Maybe an Easter basket, makeup holder, flower box?
The bonus for this card is all the tools are cut from the matching Designer Series Paper. Trusty Toolbox DSP is FREE with a $50.00 (US) purchase. Win. win!

The theme for today’s Blog Hop is What is Old – is New Again. Stamping with Friends will show you how to combine new products with old techniques or layouts. I’m excited to see what they have created.
Digging through some of my previous cards I decided to CASE this card layout. I adore the vibrant colors and the fancy DSP.
I used this layout to make a new card with Cutest Cows. Mixing the Zoo Crew DSP from the Annual Catalog and the Most Adored DSP from the current Sale-a-bration Catalog created a coordinated look. It’s amazing how well our products match with each other.
The Real Red, Daffodil Delight and Granny Apple Green Blends add a bit of whimsy to this fun card.
Isn’t this cow adorable? So cute and charming.
I would love to see your cards created with this layout. You can post them on my Facebook page if you want to share.

Today I’m excited to show you Wiper Cards. This was a new card technique for me, and I had a lot of fun trying it out. I can’t wait to make another one! These cards are called Wiper Cards because they have a moving element that resembles a windshield wiper…kind of.
This is the card open.
This is the card folded up tp go in the envelope.
I combined the Beary Cute Bundle with the Merriest Trees Bundle to create my card. I love the result. The bear is so cute, and the trees make a lovely background. My card base is Pretty Peacock & I matched the Balmy Blue DSP with Cherry Cobbler DSP to add some contrast.
Measurements:
Card Base 8 ½” x 4 ¼” Score at 1 ½” & 3”
Bridge 8 ½” x 2 ¼” – The bridge can vary in width depending on your pop-up image. Score at 1 ½” & 3”
DSP Side panel 4” x 1 ¼”
DSP Two bridge pieces 2” x 1 ¼” One bridge piece 2” x 3 ¾”
Inside DSP 5 ¼” x 4”
Basic White back piece for message 5 ¼ x 4”
Scrap for bridge sentiment – sized according to your sentiment.
