I haven’t made a Waterfall card in ages. It’s such a fun and enjoyable activity! This cute card brings me joy. A waterfall card has four embellished squares that, when the tab is pulled, it flips up to show the next picture. People adore cards with dynamic elements and this one has an extra feature: your message or another picture is uncovered as you pull down the tab. A card with motion AND a hidden message is unique.
You’ll be clucking with delight over the Hey Chuck waterfall card! These whimsical hens and hilarious sayings are ideal for a waterfall card.
I’m eager to find out what the others have made. The cards will surely be extraordinary and original. Hop on to my friends & discover more waterfall cards!

My stamping friends and I are sharing a very different technique today. It is called Paper Kintsugi.
You may have heard of Kintsugi before. If not, this is the meaning: Kintsugi, “golden joinery”), also known as kintsukuroi (“golden repair”), is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the areas of breakage with lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold, silver, or platinum; the method is similar to the maki-e technique. As a philosophy, it treats breakage and repair as part of the history of an object, rather than something to disguise.
I love how it represents that we are stronger in the broken places.
As crafters we have taken the “broken pottery” idea and transferred it to paper.
You can achieve this effect by tearing the paper gently with your fingers, making short rips along the edge. Then, you press one of the torn edges on the VersaMark pad. You only need to do this for one edge, as the other one will be hidden under the top layer. After that, you apply heat and embossing powder to the edges to create a shiny finish. You can use any color of embossing powder you like.
Now you can put the pieces back together to form the card front or image. It helps to have a slightly smaller piece of cardstock to glue the pieces on. For my card, I chose a Pretty Peacock piece of Designer Series Paper (Earthen Elegance). I liked how the paper had a subtle texture that reminded me of pottery. I added a warm sentiment from the Wonderful Thoughts stamp set.
Do you see the gold trim? I made it by pulling out the inner filling of the Simply Elegant Gold Trim. This way, you get a thinner and more textured piece of twine.
I hope you will hop on for more inspiration. I can’t wait to see all the Paper Kintsugi creations.

Welcome to the Stamping with Friends Blog Hop, where we are showcaseing projects made with the Online Exclusives from Stampin’ Up! For my project, I chose the So Very Merry stamp set, which is perfect for Christmas cards. I made two simple cards using the stained-glass images from this set.
The first card has a shiny Santa that looks like glass. I colored him with Blends and then added a piece of Window Sheet using an adhesive sheet. This card also uses the One Horse Open Sleigh Designer Series Paper, which is also an online exclusive. You can see how I did this in my video HERE:
The second card is a fun fold card. I have used this fold before, but with different measurements.
I love the Dry Brushed Metallic Specialty Paper on the card. It is so pretty!
Measurements:
Card base Lost Lagoon cardstock, cut at 8-1/4″ x 5-1/2,” and scored at 1,” 2,” 3,” 4.”
Pillar Panels: Pool Party cardstock: 3/4″ x 5-1/4″ (3) and Dry Brushed Metallic DSP: 5/8″ x 5-1/8″
Background Panel: cardstock: Pool Party 3″ x 5-1/4″ and Dry Brushed Metallic DSP: 2-7/8″ x 5-1/8″
Focal Point Card Base: cardstock: 4″ x 4-1/2″ and scored at 1/2,” and 1-1/2″
Pool Party cardstock: 3-7/8″ x 2-7/8″ (embossed with Merry Melody folder)

Hello and welcome to the Stamping with Friends Blog Hop. Our theme for today is Partial Die Cut cards.
I was a bit nervous about this challenge at first. But then I discovered how fun and easy partial die cutting can be. This weekend you will find me making more cards with this technique! Isn’t it amazing how a challenge can spark new inspiration?
For this card, I used the Irresistible Blooms bundle and the Masterfully Made Designer Series Paper. I chose one simple blossom for my first attempt at partial die cutting. After stamping and die cutting the flower I used Stamin’ Blends for coloring and added some Wink of Stella for shine. Sprinkling a few Tinsel Gems added sparkle and interest to the card front. Tinsel Gems are my new favorite embellishment.
Thank you for visiting my blog today. I’m excited to see what the other stampers have created. Don’t forget to hop along and check out their beautiful projects.

This month we are featuring Pop Up cards! I am excited to learn some new techniques from all my stamping friends.
I tried a new pop-up card and it is so easy! My kind of card.
This is called a Pop-up Flip card. When you open the card the focal image flips to the inside, just like magic.
I used the adorable Playing in the Rain bundle for my images and Designer Series Paper. I love that the dies cut out the DSP images so you can create a card super fast. The sentiment is from the Easter Bunny stamp set.
