Lookin’ Sharp on Day 6

Truly Tailored Day 6. We are getting closer to the end of a Truly Tailored week. Today I have combined two stamp sets to create a Lookin’ Sharp card. Truly Tailored and Pocketful of Sunshine play well together.

Do you wear glasses? If you do I bet you can remember how sharp and clear everything looked when you got your first pair of glasses. I was astounded to see leaves on trees.

This card is Lookin’ Sharp with some jaunty glasses peeking out of the pocket. The Simple Stripes Embossing folder makes the Very Vanilla cardstock look like a dress shirt.

If you want to make this card more feminine just change out the DSP. It would work just fine.

I have a Global Design Project card for you today. This week’s challenge is a sketch. I like sketches the best as they get me inspired to try new layouts.

Here is my take on this design:

I know our grandson will love this card – at least the important part of it! Pocketful of Sunshine has some really fun images. It works for adults and young people. I always love a versatile stamp set.
