Celebrate Spring for TGIFC#153

I think my Spring blog break is just about over! It has been super busy around here, hosting workshops, practicing music for Easter, working in the yard, getting ready for OnStage, and more.  I just decided to step back and take a break. Sometimes life can get overwhelming can’t it?

TGIF Card Challenge is March Madness – Anything Goes. A perfect challenge for busy times.

Spring is always a busy time.

TGIFC #153

I am sharing a card I created using the Double Point card fold. This fold makes such fun cards and it is so super easy. This fold also uses up some of the Designer Series Paper you have been hoarding saving for a very special card.

Spring Card Created by Ginny Harrell using Oh So Eclectic by Stampin' Up! Ginny Harrell @ Celebrate-the-journey.com #stampn' up!

The soft colors of this card make it appropriate for spring birthdays. I love soft colors!

So…OnStage starts tomorrow. What is OnStage? It is a twice yearly event for Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators. We meet up, get to look at new products, learn new techniques, and spend time with friends from around the world. During the April event we will get to see the NEW Annual Catalog. I can’t wait! Super excited. We also swap cards with friends so we can get ideas for more card making. Guess what kind of card I made for my swaps??? I will share it in a few days.

Contact me if you would like to join in on all this fun. Stampin’ Up and I would love to have you on our team.

Happy Stamping!

  Ginny

Simple Sunday

I will be sharing Simple Cards every Sunday. Sunday’s can be busy, even busier than Saturday. But if you are like me you still have the urge to be creative if you can fit it in to your schedule.

Here is my first Simple Sunday card:

This card took about 5 minutes….but whoever receives it in the mail will never know that! They will still be impressed.

Thanks for stopping by today. Happy Stamping! Have fun creating something simple.
