The 2019-2021 InColors are soft, calm, peaceful. They may take getting used to, but I like them a lot. They coordinate with so many of our existing colors which makes them versatile and multipurpose.
The TGIF Challenge this week uses 3 of the new InColors.
I created 3 cards using the same layout but each with a twist.
Here they are:
Solid color blocks.
Solid color blocks but I ran the card front through the big shot using the new Brick & Mortar embossing folder.
Color blocks using the InColor DSP.
This was a fun experiment.
Which one is your favorite?

It has been a long time since I made a square card. Freshly Made Sketches gave me a push in that direction. The sketch is square and incorporates a circle. Love this look!
Here is the sketch:
Here is my card:
My card uses the Bloom & Grow Bundle. Yellow flowers are some of my favorite and I really enjoyed coloring these with Blends. The Seaside Spray Designer Series paper provides a sweet background that makes the yellow pop. A few sequins add a touch of bling.

I have finished my morning walk, completed a little business and now I am posting a quick Daisy Lane card. Just in time for the Freshly Made Sketches challenge. Living on the edge today.
Here is the sketch:
A few months ago I shared this card:
This large daisy card has been one of my most pinned cards on Pinetrest. It is the inspiration for the challenge card.
My challenge card:
Such a simple card yet it really pops! The center of the daisies are Frosted Flower Embellishments colored with Mango Melody Blends. I also added a circle of Mango cardstock to make the color brighter.

Freshly Made Sketches had a very unusual sketch this week. It got me inspired to ink up my new Spirited Snowmen stamp set.
Here is the sketch #358:
Here is my Loving Snowmen card:
These dancing, skating, dreaming snowmen are darling. This set is a good winter set that does not have to be Christmas. I think this one would be perfect for a winter wedding anniversary. What do you think?
Tips for creating the Spirited Snowmen card:
Stamp wording and die cut your circle before you run the card stock through the embossing folder. Then you can use the circle for part of your inside sentiment.
Color with Stampin’ Up! Blends or Stampin’ Write Markers.
Use a very light coating of Tombow glue to fill in the snowmen and sprinkle with Dazzling Diamonds.
Once you get the image positioned you can glue it down.
Layer top piece using dimensionals to give it some dimension.
Do you see the new product I used on this card? Velveteen Cardstock!! It is so soft and smooth. You will be able to order is in November. Put it on your Shopping List!
Now I can’t wait to try the ice-skating snowman.
Happy Stamping!

Happy Monday Stampers! Today I am sharing a card I created for Freshly Made Sketches #350. I used Follow Your Dreams for this sketch. I absolutely love this stamp set…even though it is not my traditional flowery, pretty, sweet stamp set. I do tend to go for flowers or landscape sets but this one really has intrigued me for some reason.
Here is the Freshly Made Sketch:
Nice and simple!
Here is my card:
I layered several colors on the dream catcher and added some pearls for accent on the feathers. Of course, I had to use some of my favorite colors on this Follow Your Dreams card: Mint Macaron, Calypso Coral, and Soft Suede! A match made in heaven.
Follow Your Dreams
It is almost impossible to photograph glimmer and shine, but I used a new product that is in the upcoming Holiday Catalog – Vegas Gold Shimmer Paint. You may remember shimmer paint from a few years ago when we carried Frost White and Champagne. This paint is so yummy. Mix it with rubbing alcohol in a Spritzer and spray it on your project. It adds a subtle amount of shine without the issues glitter can cause. Love this look!

I am participating in the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge today. This Little Mermaid is just the right size for this sketch. I have decided I like sketches more than color challenges. At least I think that is the case today. I bet I change my mind in a few days though.
FMS sketch#332 is such an easy, simple sketch. I love easy.
Here is the sketch:
Here is my card:
I couldn’t resist adding a funny sentiment to the inside of mermaid card!
I am so sad Magical Day stamp set is retiring. I have so enjoyed the tiny creatures and the fun sentiments. Whimsical images always make me smile. If you have any Harry Potter fans, Little Mermaid fans, or young people you craft for, then this stamp set is a must. Please note:Due to high demand for retiring stamp sets, retiring stamp sets will be guaranteed available until May 25; all other products are not guaranteed and are only available while supplies last.
To create this card you need Magical Day Bundle, which includes the stamp set and framelits. You will also use Myths & Magic Designer Series Paper and Myths & Magic Glimmer Paper. The Happy Birthday sentiment is from Perennial Birthday, page 16 in the 2018 Occasions Catalog. I adore large sentiments.
Do you see the other retiring product on this card? Glitter Enamel Dots. Oh My! But they will be returning in new colors in June so that will work for me. I just need to use these up.
Thanks for stopping by today. Happy Stamping!
