Au revoir Coffee Cafe

It is always hard to see stamp sets leave the catalog. Coffee Café is one of the stamps I will truly miss. Coffee Café is such a versatile set and it works well for friends and family.

I refreshed this card by using a new bright color – Mango Melody. I love the way the bright color makes this card pop.

#TGIFC133 Hearts Come Home

I saw the TGIFC challenge and thought I would play along. This week it is a sketch challenge and it is simple…makes me happy!

If you are like me you are trying to get those last minute Christmas cards completed. I went very minimal and simple with this one.

I cut the card base slightly narrower so could have the banner hang off the sides. That gives it a little interest. I’ve been looking at the picture and thought it might need some bling. What do think?

Make sure you check back here and on my Facebook page for all the news about the Online Extravaganza. The sale starts November 20, 2017.

Thanks for stopping by today. Happy Stamping!

TGIFC So Neutral Challenge

The #TGIFC132 So Neutral Challenge is a tough one, but I decided to give it a go. Creating a card in all one color palate can be a REAL challenge for sure!

The colors Sahara Sand, Crumb Cake, and Soft Suede made me think of coffee so I pulled out the Coffee Cafe Stamp set. This set can be purchased as a bundle, you don’t want to miss out on the savings.

One thing I love about the Stampin’ Up colors is that many different packs of Designer Paper can be combined because they will always match in color. For this card I used Coffee Break Designer paper and I also used Painted Autumn Designer paper. So easy to match up the colors!

Check out my shiny straw…. I used the Foil Frenzy paper and cut it on the diagonal to make it look like a striped straw. The little bit of shiny bling makes me happy!

This card opens up to hold a gift card to your favorite coffee shop. A very cool way to present a gift.
