Welcome to another SUBA Blog Hop. You are going to enjoy this trip across the Internet as we share Green cards. We were challenged to create a card using three new green colours. Talk about hard! It was quite a challenge for me. I finally came up with two very green cards that I am happy with!
Here is the colour combo we used:
My first card uses a set titled Bubble Over. This set makes it easy to create cards for those men in our life.
Masculine cards tend to give us trouble, don’t they? I started with covering the card front with these Designer Series Paper. Then I realized they looked like bottle caps…bingo. Pull out Bubble Over and add some bottles and a few Glitter Dot bubbles. I also embossed the Whisper White base with the new Subtles Embossing Folder. It is hard to see the embossing in a photo, but it gives just the right touch of texture to your cardstock. This is a must have embossing folder in my opinion.
Next up is a card created with Eastern Medallion Thinlits. This has very little stamping, but it is still a fun card to create.
Adding the coloured layers and Glitter Dots add interest.
July is a busy month for Stampin’ Up! The Designer Series Paper sale lasts until the last day of July. Don’t miss out on all this gorgeous paper.
We also have a wonderful promotion for those of you who may want to join Stampin’ Up! when you join for $99.00 you get to choose $125.00 in products and you get to choose an ink pad family for FREE! With all the new colors we have you will want to take advantage of this no obligation special.

Today I have a Shiny, Bubbly Birthday card to share with you. This is a fun six pack of sodas (or beer) to place on a birthday card. Using the Wood Crate Framelits and Wood Textures Designer Series Paper make it a breeze to create a wooden crate. Love how Stampin’ Up makes it so easy for us to combine products.
Here is my card:
Stamping Tip To Get Shiny Bottles:
Stamp the bottles with the color and then stamp them with VersaMark. Clear Embossing Powder and your heat tool t make them look shiny. (almost like glass).
Cutting out the bottles and caps is a breeze because this set has matching Framelits. Another bonus of purchasing a bundle.
Bubbles & Fizz Designer Series Paper is a free item from Sale-a-bration. Bubbles & Fizz DSP is very colorful, great for birthdays, children, and all sorts of celebrations. Purchase the Bubble Over Bundle, VersaMark pad, Clear Embossing Powder and the Bubbles & Fizz Designer Series Paper will be FREE! You can see the current catalogs on the left side of this blog page.

Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a lovely weekend. I spent some time trying to catch up and prep for my first stamp club meeting of 2018. Let me know if you are interested in a stamp club. Stamp clubs are lots of fun and each hostess gets amazing rewards. This is the perfect way to build up your collection.
Such a fun set. I have a couple of other ideas I will be sharing with you in the next few weeks. One cool thing to note: You can order this set as a bundle(stamps & Framelits), add a few dimensionals or tape runner to your order and you have enough to earn the matching Bubbles & Fizz Designer Paper for FREE! Sale-a-bration is the most wonderful time of the year.
TIP: To make the soda bottles shiny I stamped then with the colored ink and then stamped again using Versamark. I then heat embossed with Clear Embossing powder. The bottle caps are Silver Foil cardstock. The one circle bottle top is cut from the DSP.
Thanks for stopping by today. Happy Stamping!
