Welcome to the Stamping with Friends Blog Hop where we are sharing products from that are retiring from the Annual Catalog & the January – April Catalog. I am sharing a card I created for a young lady who is graduating from college. We live in Colorado where we have beautiful mountains so I thought Mountain Air and Majestic Mountains would be perfect.
To recreate this mountain range card, you will need:
Fresh Freesia 8 1/2″ x 5 ½” score at 4 ¼”
Basic White 4 ¾” x 3 ½” – cut 2 one for front & one for inside
5 pieces Basic White 2” x 4” for mountains
Scrap of Basic White for sentiment
Die cut 4 mountain range images and 1 of the image for the tree line.
Use a blending brush to add ink to the mountains. I layered them in this order: Fresh Freesia, Highland Heather, Orchid Oasis, & Starry Sky. The tree line is inked with Night of Navy.
Emboss the front Basic White piece with Into the Clouds embossing folder.
Layer mountains and tree line as shown. Turn over the front and trim off the extra edges.
Adhere to card front. Stamp sentiment. Punch or die cut. Punch or die cut a larger circle from In Color Orchid Oasis Glimmer Paper. Adhere to card front. Add inside piece.
Sprinkle Iridescent Basic Rhinestones as desired.
This card works in so many color combinations. I love when a stamp set is versatile like this one.
Please make sure you hop on to my other friends. You will be inspired!

Gosh it has been a while since I posted! I get to where I think I have things under control and then life gets busy again! We are currently on vacation in the South of France and enjoying every minute. We both needed the time away as well as time to rest.
The Stamptastic Friends are sharing Home Décor items with you this month. I can’t wait to see what the group members have created. I love how our stamps, inks and papers can be turned into lovely accent pieces for our homes. It just takes a bit of creativity and the inspiration to give it a try.
Several months ago, I found a hexagon frame at the local dollar store. I bought it thinking sooner or later I could use it for a stamp project. I was thrilled when I saw the Queen Bee Bundle because I knew it would be perfect as a table decoration.
To create the background, I used black ink and randomly stamped the floral branch. Then I layered a hexagon of Daffodil Delight cardstock to create a smaller frame. Then I stamped and die cut the floral branch, Queen Bee and flowers. While the collage effect is sort of vintage, the bright colors give it a modern feel.
This little table sits in the corner of my craft room.
Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you will hop on to the next stamper. Make sure you leave us a comment or two. We love to hear your thoughts and suggestions.

This month we are featuring Pop Up cards! I am excited to learn some new techniques from all my stamping friends.
I tried a new pop-up card and it is so easy! My kind of card.
This is called a Pop-up Flip card. When you open the card the focal image flips to the inside, just like magic.
I used the adorable Playing in the Rain bundle for my images and Designer Series Paper. I love that the dies cut out the DSP images so you can create a card super fast. The sentiment is from the Easter Bunny stamp set.

Today I am sharing a card created for the Paper Crew Challenge. I love sketch challenges! #PCC502
Covered in Sunshine may not have caught your eye, but I knew immediately I needed it! You know I love sentiment sets because they are so versatile.
Here is my card:
It is hard to see but I used a Flirty Flamingo blend to highlight some of the words on the main image. I also used Night of Navy ink and then heat embossed with clear embossing powder. The Stamparatus made this so easy! Isn’t the By the Bay DSP perfect for this card? Gold swishes add a nice touch.
