For me, I love simple cards. Life can get busy, and many times it is hard to find an hour to make a fancy, layered card.
Nothing works better than the perfect sentiment and some beautiful Designer Series Paper for making a simple stamped card. I am sharing an angle cut card design that actually makes two cards at the same time. This is perfect for busy folks.
Notice this oh-so-pretty DSP? It will be in the new January-April Mini Catalog. Such sweet and spring-like paper.
Another bonus with this design is that it is easy for a beginner stamper or someone who may have limited supplies.

Accent strip ¼” x 5” trim off extra after adhering to card front.

In 2024, Hanukkah begins at sundown on Wednesday, Dec. 25, and ends at sundown on Thursday, Jan. 2.
Hanukkah is the festival of lights and means “dedication” in Hebrew. It celebrates the victory of Macabee soldiers, or Jewish freedom fighters, over the Syrian Greek army.
The Macabees reclaimed the holy temple in Jerusalem after their victory. The temple had been converted into a place of idol worship. They located enough oil to light the temple’s menorah for one night, but it miraculously burned for eight days, long enough to bring new oil.
It seems to me blue, and silver are the colors of Hanukkah, but I am not sure. I picked Blueberry Bushel because it is such a vibrant blue and it really shines next to the silver. I found the chocolate coins (gelt) in New York City and grabbed them to add to the celebration.
