Stampin’ Up! Nuts About Squirrels
Hey there squirrel! Welcome to my blog today.
Today’s card is all about fall, fun colors, and squirrels. Fall is my favorite season. Squirrels may not be my favorite animal, but this cutie is irresistible. Look at her holding that nut, adorable.
This card is a quick and easy one. I started with a card base of Thick Whisper White. Cut 5 ½” x 8 ½” Scored at 4 ¼”.
I layered Cajun Craze Cardstock and Beauty of the Earth DSP. (Love this leafy paper.)
The next layer is a Stitched So Sweetly die cut piece. The sassy squirrel was stamped on this piece using Memento Black and Crumb Cake. Early Espresso, Pumpkin Pie and Daffodil Delight are the colors of the branches.
A twist of Bumblebee Gingham ribbon and Matte Decorative Dots are the final additions. As I said quick and easy. My favorite kind of card.
