Varied Vases in Gingham
There are some great, new stamp sets in the Annual Catalog, but I don’t want you to forget the returning stamp sets. Varied Vases is one of the returning sets. These cute vases and punch were designed by Mary Fish for her Million Dollar achievement in sales. It also coordinates with another set called Vibrant Vases. Two sets that go together are a wise investment, you get double the fun. I have been using both sets this past week. It has been fun to mix the two sets and come up with new designs.
My card today uses Gingham DSP in Coastal Cabana, layered with Highland Heather.
I die cut the first white layer with the Stitched Rectangle Dies and the second layer is cut with the Nested Label Dies. Use removable tape to adhere the two layers before you stamp the images. Remove the tape, color the images and use dimensionals to layer the two pieces. I hope the photo helps you see how I put this together.
A pop of Tricolor Ribbon adds to the design.
