Welcome to our Blended Seasons Blog Hop. The What’s New at SU Crew have some very cool cards and projects to share today.
You may be starting with me or you may have arrived here from Diane Browning. There is a link at the bottom of this post to continue the hop. Enjoy visiting and leaving comments. We love comments!
Blended Seasons is a limited time bundle/stamp set. It is only available for purchase during the month of August. Go ahead and treat yourself. You won’t be sorry.
Look at all the images you get with this set. These images work for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Birthdays, Weddings, Friendship, Spring and Summer…every season of your life.
I wanted to get started on Thanksgiving cards so I created two for you today.
This first one is a card with a battery-operated candle inside. That makes it a card and a little night light. The vellum in the center cut out lets the light shine through so soft and pretty.
Next up is a Thanksgiving Wreath. I embossed the Very Vanilla card stock using the Seasonal Wreath embossing folder. Then I dabbed some Soft Suede ink on the wreath to give it some dimension. I added some assorted die cut leaves and some gold berries and leaves. The bow is the Copper Trim ribbon, perfect for fall cards.
I also want to show you a quick and simple Christmas card. I used my Stamparatus to line up the images and the sentiment. This would be a good design for making multiples during the holiday season.
I hope you have enjoyed visiting today. Hop on to Loni Spendlove and see what she has to share with you.
Happy Stamping,
Ginny
