RemARKably Creative Blog Hop: Colorful Seasons

Welcome to another RemARKably Created Blog Hop showcasing the Colorful Seasons Bundle. This versatile bundle is only available during the month of August or while supplies last. You will reach for Blended Seasons over and over as it has stamps for every season and every occasion. And the coordinating Stitched Seasons Framelits are amazing. They have detailed stitching on almost every framelit. Very classy and on trend.

I created two Colorful Seasons projects to share with you today.

I am always in need of sympathy cards. I like my sympathy cards simple and classic. The wheat image from Colorful Season Bundle seemed perfect for a classic heartfelt card. The wheat is stamped three times with Versamark and heat embossed with copper embossing powder. I added a tiny piece of Tea Room ribbon and the sentiment. Super easy and simple. Copper foil is behind the image layer and just barely peeks out around the edge.

This gorgeous flower is another image from the Colorful Seasons Bundle. I love coloring, so this image called my name. I can see this flower colored in so many ways. Spring, fall, summer…. just change the color to suit the season. Here I used Poppy Parade, one the new (returning) colors in the Stampin’ Up collection. It is such a happy color. I stamped and colored this twice. Then I cut the flowers out, curled them with my bone folder and used a dimensional to pop them on the base image. It gives the flowers a 3D look.

The white background is the Basket Weave Embossing folder. See the pretty lace at the bottom of the card? It is a new edgelit: Delicate Lace. Love all the texture on this card.

Make sure you hop on to Jamie, I am sure she will have some amazing projects to share.

 Thanks for stopping by today.
