Twice in one day! Not my usual posting schedule but I am back tonight hopping with the RemARKably Creative Stampers. We are sharing projects made with new products from the 2018-2109 Stampin’ Up Annual Catalog.
I have been getting ready for a Christmas in July class and decided to share some of our projects.
Are you a traditional Christmas stamper or are you willing to try non-traditional colors? I love non-traditional colors because I just like the creativity of making them work for Christmas.
My first card is the non-traditional color combination. I used Champagne foil, Melon Mambo and Coastal Cabana card stock. The colors are bright, but the Champagne foil softens the look. Don’t you LOVE the Tufted Embossing Folder. It is so elegant!
We don’t have Melon Mambo rhinestones, so I colored some with the Blends. The Light Lovely Lipstick made a bright pink rhinestone.
I used the exact same layout for the next card but went with the traditional Christmas colors. Real Red, Garden Green and Gold Foil Cardstock always work well for Christmas.
Both cards are quick and simple. They would work well if you need a lot of Christmas cards.

Thanks for stopping by tonight. Happy Hopping!

Welcome to another SUBA Blog Hop. You are going to enjoy this trip across the Internet as we share Green cards. We were challenged to create a card using three new green colours. Talk about hard! It was quite a challenge for me. I finally came up with two very green cards that I am happy with!
Here is the colour combo we used:
My first card uses a set titled Bubble Over. This set makes it easy to create cards for those men in our life.
Masculine cards tend to give us trouble, don’t they? I started with covering the card front with these Designer Series Paper. Then I realized they looked like bottle caps…bingo. Pull out Bubble Over and add some bottles and a few Glitter Dot bubbles. I also embossed the Whisper White base with the new Subtles Embossing Folder. It is hard to see the embossing in a photo, but it gives just the right touch of texture to your cardstock. This is a must have embossing folder in my opinion.
Next up is a card created with Eastern Medallion Thinlits. This has very little stamping, but it is still a fun card to create.
Adding the coloured layers and Glitter Dots add interest.
July is a busy month for Stampin’ Up! The Designer Series Paper sale lasts until the last day of July. Don’t miss out on all this gorgeous paper.
We also have a wonderful promotion for those of you who may want to join Stampin’ Up! when you join for $99.00 you get to choose $125.00 in products and you get to choose an ink pad family for FREE! With all the new colors we have you will want to take advantage of this no obligation special.

I am sharing projects created using the Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper. This paper is so pretty that I was afraid to cut it. I am so glad I did though. This paper makes gorgeous cards. The paper does all the hard work and you get to create beautiful cards!
Petal Promenade
This first card has a little different fold to it. Nothing fancy but it is a nice change from a regular folded card. Cut the card base at 5 ½” x 6 ½”. Score at 4” and crease. Cut one piece of DSP at 5 ½” x 2 ½” and a contrasting piece at 5 ½” x 2”. Adhere pieces to card front and inside toward the bottom. Leave white at the top inside for your message. Add a ribbon accent on card front. I used Rich Razzleberry Velvet Ribbon here. Then stamp sentiment layer with circles and adhere to card front using dimensionals. Pearls are from the Share What You Love Suite.
The next two cards really use the DSP to create a sweet card. Both cards have the same layout but I flipped the design. The DSP has a lot of pink in it and it actually makes the Champagne Foil Paper look pink. Love that look!
Hop on over to Cynthia McQueen, I know she will have beautiful projects to share.
Happy Shopping and Happy Hopping!
Ginny
Below you will find pictures of all the DSP that is on sale.
