Hello my stamping friends. Today I am Halloween Hopping with some talented Stampin’ Up Demonstrators. We are focusing on fast and easy last-minute Halloween treat ideas.
I have three quick treat ideas for you today.
First: An oldie but goodie
Sliding candy bar packaging. You just wrap a candy bar with designer paper; seal the back seam with tear tape. Seal one end (bottom) with tear tape; punch a hole in the top end. Thread ribbon through the holes and slide the candy bar down catching the ribbon. Tie the ribbon off; embellish the candy bar package with Halloween designs. I used the Large Letters Framelits to spell BOO!
Here it is open. You pull the ribbon and the candy bar comes out.
Second: Five minute treat tags.
These literally took me 5 minutes to create. I used cardstock, scrap designer paper, and Spooky Cat stamp set. Tie with a piece of ribbon to Halloween gummy candy and you have a sweet treat to put on a co-workers desk. Easy-peasy.
Third: Wine for your adult friends.
Our local Aldi always has seasonal wines. I found this Halloween wine and thought it would make an imaginative treat for our neighbors. I have no idea if it tastes good, but it is the thought that counts. Again I used cardstock, Spooky Cat stamp set and the cat punch. Fast, fun and artistic!
I hope you enjoy these last-minute ideas for Halloween. Make sure you hop on with the other bloggers. I am sure you will be amazed at their creativity!
Happy Stamping!
Ginny
