Fall is my favorite season. I love the pretty leaves, vibrant colors, cooler temperatures. I don’t like raking leaves though. Luckily we have a wonderful yard service that takes care of that for us. We used to do it on our own but several years ago we decided we had had ENOUGH. Now I can just enjoy pretty leaves on my cards!
These Vintage Leaves stamps are timeless. I never get tired of creating with this set.
The variegated leaves were inked with the light color and then I used daubers to add the darker highlights. This is an easy technique to create interest on your cards.
Thanks for stopping by today. May your fall season be colorful and leaf free!

I WOULD LOVE TO BE YOUR DEMONSTRATOR!
If you are in the United States and need a demonstrator, then you can order your supplies in my online store here.
If someone makes you a quilt you KNOW they love you! I have always wanted to learn to quilt but I am positive I don’t have the patience to ever complete one. For right now I am content to look at them on Pinterest and Facebook! I have also read almost every novel written that involves quilts. My favorites are the Elm Creek Quilters Series. Have you read them? You should!!
Even though I don’t quilt I can show you have to make a quilt card. No sewing skills necessary. Because it is made from paper it is not as expensive as fabric and if you mess up you just get another piece of paper.
Coming up with lots of color combinations was really fun. I have yet to make a Christmas card with this set even though it was created with Christmas in mind.
Has anyone ever made you a quilt? I would love to hear the story of your special quilt.
Thanks for stopping by today.
