When Life Hands You A Lemon
Sometimes life hands you a lemon….or so the saying goes. When that happens people say you should make lemonade. I think you should make a card!
I created this colorful card using a new stamp set from the Spring Occasions Catalog.
This new catalog has so many fun stamp sets it is hard to decide which one is my favorite. I have a new favorite every day!
Back to the card: This is created with a set called Apple of My Eye. I was wondering where this phrase came from so I looked it up. It is from several verses in the Bible. Who knew? My favorite verse is this one: Book of Psalms 17:8 Keep me as the apple of the eye, hide me under the shadow of thy wings.
I chose to use the citrus image and stamp a colorful card that is perfect to send as a pick me up. That’s sort of like making lemonade isn’t it? Turning a bad day into a happy hello day…Yep!
