Designer Paper- That’s What’s New at SU!

Thank you for joining us on our hop today. We are a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrator from around the world who are “Hoppin’ With Exciting Ideas” to share. Today we are featuring the Designer Series Paper that is on sale during the month of July. I know you will find a lot of wonderful ideas that use these beautiful papers.

During July, a selection of Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Paper is on sale. This promotion is Buy 3 Get 1 Free. You can mix and match or get all 4 the same. It is up to you! This deal is too good pass up. Contact your local demonstrator for all the details.

I am sharing projects created using the Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper. This paper is so pretty that I was afraid to cut it. I am so glad I did though. This paper makes gorgeous cards. The paper does all the hard work and you get to create beautiful cards!

This first card has a little different fold to it. Nothing fancy but it is a nice change from a regular folded card.  Cut the card base at 5 ½” x 6 ½”. Score at 4” and crease. Cut one piece of DSP at 5 ½” x  2 ½” and a contrasting piece at 5 ½” x 2”. Adhere pieces to card front and inside toward the bottom. Leave white at the top inside for your message. Add a ribbon accent on card front. I used Rich Razzleberry Velvet Ribbon here. Then stamp sentiment layer with circles and adhere to card front using dimensionals. Pearls are from the Share What You Love Suite.

The next two cards really use the DSP to create a sweet card. Both cards have the same layout but I flipped the design. The DSP has a lot of pink in it and it actually makes the Champagne Foil Paper look pink. Love that look!
