Happy Wishes for SIP#131

Gosh, it is cold in the south.  It is actually cold everywhere in North America! We are breaking records of cold temperatures all over the place. It means I have more time to spend inside stamping. I miss getting out for my daily walk though.

I have a card to share that I created for the Stamp, Ink, Paper challenge. SIP #131 theme is Emboss It!

I chose dry embossing for this card because I wanted to try out my new embossing folder: Petal Pair. This is really two folders; I chose the floral embossing folder for my project.

I think this “Happy’ stamp is so pretty. This set comes with a ton of words, which makes it a good purchase. It is also a sale-a-bration stamp set and can be yours for free with a $100.00 purchase.

I used two of my favorite colors to brighten up this winter day. I love Lemon Lime Twist and Berry Burst. I really like them together! Check out the Tutti Frutti sequins. They are self adhesive….no more glue mess.

Thanks for stopping by today. Keep warm and keep crafting.

  1. Ginny, your card is so bright and cheerful. I like the way you’ve used that stamp and the embossing folder is great. Your cold weather has made the news here in New Zealand, where we are suffering a very hot and dry summer.
